One such conventional case that is able to be carried by a person is described in JP-A-9-292022. The conventional case includes a first case that houses a portable electronic device, a second case that is fixed to the first case, a cord that is connected to a charger, and a connector to which the cord is connected. The first case houses the portable electronic device and includes a main body and a front cover that is pivotally attached to the main body. The second case is provided so as to be integral with the main body of the first case, and has a front opening and a rear opening. The front opening is open to a front side of the first case. The cord extends from the rear opening of the second case to the rear opening of the first case. The connector is provided on the front cover of the first case.
A portion between the first case and the second case is opened, and the cord, the connector, and the like are visible from the exterior of the first case. The first case is formed to be protruded from the outer face of the second case. Therefore, the first case is exposed in a front face of the second case.
The conventional case described above is inconvenient because it is easy for the cord to be easily pulled out from the conventional case during transportation or the like.
If the cord is caught in the first case, the first case might be separated from the second case, and the cord might be caught in the first case. In such a case, the cord might be broken, and the first case might be damaged.
Furthermore, when the cord is pulled out from the conventional case during transportation or the like, the first case and the second case are opened. Therefore, when the cord is pulled out from the first case, the first case is opened first, and the second case is opened subsequently. Thus, the cord might be caught between the first case and the second case. In such a case, the first case and the second case ac619d1d87
