Note: When you use a credit card to set up automatic renewal, we may receive updated information from your issuing bank or applicable payment service provider about the credit card. This means we may update the saved credit card's number and expiration date if it is replaced or it has expired. This helps ensure that your subscriptions automatically renew and your purchases complete successfully, even if your credit card information changes.

Automatic renewal of subscriptions can be seen in your MyAvid account. Visit , log in with your credentials (email and password), then click the purple View My Products button, and click on your individual license. In the upper right corner of your license, you'll see the Auto-Renew button. (Note: You will only see this button if the subscription was purchased from Avid directly, and not from a reseller.) When you purchase a Subscription or a Perpetual License on the Avid Online Store, auto-renew is automatically turned on in your MyAvid (Master Account). This is to ensure that your creative workflow is not interrupted by the expiring license. Here's how that works for subscriptions:Auto-Renew ON:At the end of the subscription period, your subscription renews if Auto-Renew is turned ON. You are billed an additional term at the current pricing.Discounts: If you initially got a discount when acquiring your license, that was a one-time discount and no longer applies. Crossgrades are discounts as well, so if you obtained this subscription by crossgrading from an old perpetual license, that crossgrade discount was a one-time discount and no longer applies.Auto-Renew OFF:At the end of the subscription period, your subscription will not renew If Auto-Renew is turned OFF. Note that if you turn auto-renew off prior to the Subscription expiration date, it will continue to bill until the subscription expires and then will not renew (see below - 1 year Sub paid monthly). The license will then enter a 14-day grace period. The purpose of the grace period is to provide you with a 2-week window of time to renew your license at whatever the current renewal cost is. During this grace period, the application will not launch until you renew. Once the license exits the 14-day grace period, it can no longer be renewed, and a new license will need to be purchased in order to launch the application.

Note: Paid members who haven't used their Amazon Prime benefits, will be eligible for a full refund. Turn off your renewal using the link below the renewal date.
